This core experience combines somatic breathwork with immersive sound healing to support the body in releasing the week and settling into a deeper state of calm and presence.

Through breath and sound, this experience creates space within the body—supporting both release and restoration.

• Doors open at 6:15 PM to allow time to settle into the space
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early
• No prior experience is necessary
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully
